Deposit and Reservations
A deposit is required for parties of any size and the amount will vary depending on the size of your party. Form of payment for the deposit will be credit card only.
10-25 guests $100.00
26-50 guests $200.00
51-100 guests $250.00
At the conclusion of your event, final payment is due less any deposit amounts. Rookies Sports Bar & Grill does not bill.
Attendance & Guarantee
A guaranteed guest count is necessary one week prior to the function. You may increase/decrease the number of guests after this time. However, please recognize any increases may result in menu changes or delays in service, and additional charges to your final bill.
Payment
At the conclusion of your event, final payment is due less any deposit amounts. Payment in full is required on the day of your event.
Cancellation
A full deposit is only refundable if canceled at a minimum one week in advance. For any events canceled less than one week in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours or less of your event, ½ of the total food estimate will be charged. In the event of a no show you will be charged in full for the estimated bill.
Gratuity
All food, beverages, and services are subject to a 20% gratuity charge, which will be added to your final bill. Iowa State Law requires sales tax to be calculated on all food and beverage.
Liability
We do not assume responsibility for you or your guests’ individual property. All decor and personal property are required to be removed at the end of your event. Rookies Sports Bar & Grill will not be responsible for any property left behind by you or your guests.
